What you look for when you choose a realtor may be different for everyone, but I can vouch that with Natasha you will get someone who will do her best to help you get the home that you want. Natasha helped me buy my first home. Couldn't ask for anybody better. She was nice and really helpful through every stage of the process. Didn't pressure me to buy and if I didn't like the homes I saw, she would go back and find new ones. That's one of the important things I liked about Natasha. No pressure. If the home you see isn't what you want, look at some more. Not like one of those agents that want to get their customers to do a quick buy, she does take time and effort to see what her customers want. Selling my brothers house was one of the hardest things I have ever had to and I could not have done it without Natasha’s help. Natasha truly went above and beyond all of my expectations. The fact that I lived out of state did not make things easy but she kept me up to date frequently and let me know what was going on with the house at all times. When we had to have work done on the house she met with countless contractors and saved me from having to make several six hour drives. Since I wasn’t local to the area she also recommended some of the contractors to fit our budget. She is not only professional & knowledgeable, but she is thoughtful and kind and was always looking out for my best interests. Short story: This is an outstanding relator that you should have no second thoughts whatsoever to work with. I have worked with Natasha on several occasions over the last five years for property sales and locating tenants, and you will have a difficult time finding a more kind and hardworking realtor out there. I find the service she is providing excellent and well worth the price she is asking for. Among others, she always performs a criminal background and credit check on all prospective tenants that is included in the price. Natasha would on several occasions go beyond what reasonably could be expected of her to help me including using her relator network to help unlock my property when I forgot my key despite that she herself were on a vacation. I find that she has great resolve, will work rapidly to address problems should they arise and always deliver on finding tenants or potential buyers despite a very difficult market. I believe it would be time very well spent by anyone whom are looking for a realtor to have a chat with Natasha about property needs.

Why we liked working with Natasha: * Natasha was always available to us and would always promptly respond to emails or calls. * Natasha over communicates in order to be very clear that she understands what we want and that we understand what she advises. * She did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes. Instead, she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked her for her personal/professional opinion and only then would she influence our decision. * Purchasing a home is a business transaction, but some of the other agents that we interviewed before Natasha treat the entire process as purely business (very impersonal and all-business). Our experience with Natasha while professional was also very personal, we got to learn about Natasha, her family and likewise she got to know us.

Natasha was thoroughly professional throughout our home selling experience. She went over and above to advertise our home.
